Steps to follow :
1. Open your phone dialer
2. Dial *#*#4636#*#* and press call button
3. Now choose 'about phone'
4. Click on "mobile Radio Power" and ON it
5. Press back button and now see your navbar you'll see your speed/volte/lte signals and you can now use data.
But no one can able to call you cause you're on aeroplane mode.
This will make your life easier to block unwanted calls at anytime. You can just turn off aeroplane mode and the settings will reset itself.
